GENERAL INFORMATION

In order to make your visit to Coussoulis Arena safe and enjoyable here are a few tips:
No video, audio or cameras with professional lenses (pending on the performer). No digital cameras or laser pointers. No recorders, weapons, pets, or anything inherently dangerous are allowed in the venue. No bottle or can containers.
Patrons with disabilities: please call (909) 537-7360 in advance for accommodations and procedures.
There is no smoking in the building. Smokers may use the upper level NW door to exit and smoke.
Signs are allowed as long as they are not derogatory, obscene, do not block the view of other guests and is not attached to a pole.
Children 2 years of age and above must have a ticket for admittance.
Event seating capacity depends on staging and production requirements.
There is no re-entry unless specifically allowed by a house manager or usher for the purpose of returning something to the car etc.

Tickets also sold through TicketMaster.
Telephone orders taken with a Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard) purchase only.
There are no refunds or exchanges issued; please carefully review the event and seat selection.
Tickets may be upgraded, but NOT downgraded, a customer has the option to pay the difference for a higher grade of ticket, but no money will be refunded for lower seat types.
A service charge may apply to the tickets purchased, at the Coussoulis Arena services fees generally are limited to $2.00 per ticket, but may vary at other ticket outlets (i.e. TicketMaster).
Payment Methods: Coussoulis Arena accepts Master Card, Visa Card, check and cash.
The Coussoulis Arena offers a Will Call window that opens approximately 2 hours before show time.
Cancelled Events: Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, band or venue due to various conditions or situations affecting the staff or audience. When this occurs, the Coussoulis Arena makes every effort to ensure the customer receives a prompt refund of the ticket price and associated service charge. If an event is cancelled please contact the Coussoulis Arena, (909) 537-7360, for the necessary procedures.

CONCESSIONS

Coussoulis Arena offers a concession stand with food and beverage (non-alcoholic) services.
No outside food or beverages. (The only exceptions are for medical reasons or baby food).
No coolers, bottles or cans.

MERCHANDISE

Locations available for each event
Trained staff provided for sales and inventory control.
Merchandise will be available in the event that the artist provides it.
The Coussoulis Arena will collect a percentage of the total merchandise sold during the event; this amount varies per event.

AMPLE PARKING

· Parking for the event held in the Coussoulis Arena will be in Parking Lot G (Coyote Drive Entrance).
