Tickets for
upcoming events can be purchased over the phone or in person.

To purchase
tickets in person, please come to the Coussoulis Arena Events Management
office. Our box office is open 10:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday through Friday
and we are located in HPE-121. For directions to the University and a

Tickets
purchased through the Coussoulis Arena by phone will be held on will call
to be picked up the day of the event.

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Regular
operating hours:
- Monday
through Friday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm

Refunds
- There
are no refunds issued at any time unless approved by the Director.
- Refunds
may be given if there was a mistake by a Coussoulis Arena Staff member
and the customer was overcharged.
Exchanges
- There
are no exchanges for the previous purchased seats for seats in a new
location
- There
are no downgrades on tickets, i.e. a customer wants to exchange reserved
seating for general admission.
- We do
allow a customer to upgrade their seats, i.e. a customer wants to exchange
general admission seating for reserved seating. In order for an upgrade
to take place the customer must pay the difference in the ticket prices,
plus an additional service fee per each ticket upgraded.
Discounts
- There
is generally a discount for CSUSB students, staff, faculty, or Alumni
Association Members with proper identification.
- Groups discounts: a discount will be given to groups of 20 or more
Service Charge
- There
is generally a service charge that applies to each ticket purchased.
Generally the service fee is $2.00. i.e. if three tickets purchased
then there is a $6.00 service charge
- Misc Cancelled
events: occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter,
team, band, or venue due to various conditions or situations affecting
the staff or audience. When this occurs, the Coussoulis Arena makes
every effort to ensure the customer receives a prompt refund of the
ticket price and associated service charge. If an event is cancelled
please contact the Coussoulis Arena, (909) 537-7360, for the necessary
procedures.
